In the VisiPoint app, you are able to view your profile and the details attached to it. You’ll be able to see your name and contact information as well as your profile image.
You may need to update this information or want to check that it is still correct, for example, if your mobile number changes.
To view your profile, open the VisiPoint app and tap the “Profile” tab at the bottom right of the screen.
To edit your details, tap on the 3 dots in the top left of the screen.
You’ll then need to tap “Edit my Data”. This will allow you to begin making your required changes.
Tap on the relevant details you wish to change and then type in the up-to-date information.
To change your profile photo simply tap the camera icon on your current image. You can then select a new photo to replace it.
Once you have completed your updates you need to tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
If you have been invited to look after multiple companies, you will get this notification.
This will allow you to apply these changes to each dashboard you are a part of instead of having to manually do this yourself.
