Visitor management solution explained...
The VisiPoint visitor management solution is made up of 2 main parts:
1. Touch Screen Terminal
When a visitor arrives at reception they sign-in effortlessly using the touch screen. You'll never have to show your visitors how to use it.
Visitors are asked to enter their details, agree to your specific terms and conditions, have their photo taken and collect their automatically printed ID badge.
The device can integrate with your existing door access system - including systems such as Paxton access control - to streamline the whole access process.
2. Management Dashboard
The management dashboard allows you to quickly access different reports such as total visits for the week. Staff time sheets and attendance reports can be pulled together with the touch of a button. It'll save you hours in reporting.
Authorised staff can access the management dashboard to see who's in, out or expected at the premises.
Reception staff can pre-register visits to make the process even quicker when visitors arrive on site.
The dashboard can be accessed from any browser-enabled mobile device so management can keep track on the go.
